In view of the occurrence of spot epidemics in Ningbo,Shaoxing and Hangzhou in our province, the school leaders attach great importance to the current pandemic situation. In order to ensure the health and safety of our international students, the school hereby informs the specific requirements as follows according to the requirements of the municipal CDC and the school prevention and Control Office:
All international students shall try to avoid going out fromDecember 15. You must scan the campus code when passing the school gate. Please be prepared in advance and cooperate with the guard to pass through the gate as soon as possible to avoid crowding.
Timely pay attention to the epidemic situation, complete the health report everyday. If anyone’s health code and travel card turn red and yellow, or anyone receives the notification of disease control secret connection and secondary secret connection, please report to the major college at the first time, and cooperate with the territory and school to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
When you leave the dormitory, they must register at the dormitory management personnel, and shall cancel the registration in time when return to the dorm. Take your temperature twice in the morning and afternoon, and complete registration with the dormitory staff. Wear a mask when you go out, wash hands after you return to the room, have more ventilation and keep clean.
Strictly follow the requirements for traveling, adhere to the principle of “no leaving school unless necessary and no gathering unless necessary”, do not go to medium and high-risk areas and areas with confirmed cases, and try not to leave Wuxing District, Huzhou City. If you want to leave school, you shall apply to counselors or supervisors for permission. Violations of the provisions on epidemic prevention and control, such as completing health report by others’ hand, concealing whereabouts, borrowing others' green code to enter school, will be dealt with seriously.
Up to now, Huzhou city has not yet found New Coronavirus infected patients, please do not panic, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, maintain a good attitude
Get vaccinated actively. Vaccine is the most economical and effective measure to prevent infectious diseases. Students who have not been vaccinated should actively participate in it and “get vaccinated as much as possible”; Students who have been vaccinated with the first and second doses shall be vaccinated with the third dose at the right time to strengthen the effectiveness, and work together to build the campus immune barrier.
