On July 6, the summer camp of Confucius Institude of Azerbaijan University of Languages and the opening ceremony of Huzhou University' s "one belt one road" cultural research group on summer vacation with Azerbaijan University of Languages were held in our school. Vice President Ye Jinyun attended the ceremony. Others to attend this ceremony was the persons in charge of Foreign Affairs office, Internantional College, the Office of lnternational Promotion of Chinese, the Institude of Foreign languages, 19 teachers and students who are from the Confucius Institute of the language University of Azerbaijan and 20 students majoring in Russian from our university, and more than 60 students from the Foreign Affairs office, as well as the Institute of Foreign languages and volunteer students from the "one-to-one" summer camp.
Our head of foreign affairs department on behalf of Huzhou University gave a warm welcome to Azerbaijan University of Languages which came a long way from a beautiful country. Additionally, he congratulated 20 students of teaching college on their upcoming abroad studying to Azerbaijan University. He briefly introduced the city culture of HuZhou，the glorious history of our university and international cooperation situation. He claimed that the communication between us and Azerbaijan Confucius Institude students will start a new history. He wished that the students from Azerbaijan could enjoy the wonderful view in south of China and witness a great change taken place in China. At the same time we hope they can spread their feelings about China when they come back to Azerbaijan. Also, we hope our students in Russian department will be able to enjoy the fascinating scene and the national culture in Azerbaijan, get to know better the Confucius Institude so extending the international vision.
At the ceremony, the Foreign Affairs Office of Huzhou University and the manager of the School of Foreign Languages awarded the flag to the representatives of two teams. The leading teacher of the Confucius Institude of Azerbaijan University of Languages said that although this was their first visit to China, all the student felt the enthusiasm of the teachers and students fully, and they will regard this learning chance as a treasure. Beside, they'll put their heart into Chinese learning and experience Chinese culture, sparing no effort to be the cultural exchange ambassador of two countries and two schools. The student representative Li Guohua, who came from the first group to Azerbaijan University of Languages, expressed his welcome to friends from other countries in Russian and promised to value this learning opportunity. He also ensured that he will put his heart into feeling and experiencing positively, trying to improve his language skills and the ability of communication between different cultures, so that we can fully show a good view of Chinese college students in the new era.
Finally, YeJinyun announced the opening of Confucius Institute at Azerbajian University of Languages summer camp in China. Our school "The Belt and Road"cultural journey summer seminar which head for the Azerbajian University of Languages has set out, and we wished that the students from Azerbajian had a rich and unforgettable camp in China, Azerbajian cultural journey of Hushi students had a safe and fruitful trip as well.
It was the third time that Confucius Institute at Azerbajian University of Languages had selected excellent institute for our school for summer camp, and the number of appointees was more than ever before. Our school paid high attention, based on foreign language institute and Russian major, carefully designed Chinese lessons, Chinese culture experience, visit to China time-honored brand company. For the students who would set out for Azerbajian, Azerbajian University of Languages also prepare cultural experience and language learning activities with rich connotation for them.
My school constructed Russian Speciality at a high starting point for serving "the Belt and Road" Initiative. Now there are many students coming from two sessions and two classes since our school started to recruit students in 2017. The university makes full use of Azerbaijan University of Languages Confucius Institude and actively builds bridge platform for our school's internationalization of Russian Speciality. Except twenty students who went to Azerbaijan, the Russian professional teachers and students who remained in school took part in the service about summer camp to China and organized many activities about learning languages from each other and cultural exchange activity and so on. Through this summer camp, students from both sides will deeply feel two countries' national cultures which are special, profound and brilliant. At the same time, it will provide more nutrition for their Chinese and Russian study. To make more chances about cultural exchange and study for two schools' teachers and students, the university will make more conversation with Azerbaijan University of Languages constantly for the next few years.
