一、浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金ZHEJIANG Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students (ZGSFS)
Ｂ类：2名，20000元，用于奖励来华攻读本科学位的留学生。
Ｃ类：5名，6000元，用于奖励来华学习汉语及其他专业进修的留学生。
Type B: RMB 20，000, for foreign students who study Bachelor Degree Programs.
Type C: RMB 6，000, for the long-term program students.
二、申请条件 Requirements
（1）申请人就读本科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄在30周岁以下。
The applicant of Bachelor-degree program shall be under the age of 30, and he/she must have achieved the certificate or diploma which is equal to Chinese High School Certificate.
（2）申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康；
The applicant shall be a healthy foreign citizen holding foreign passport.
（3）申请人须表现良好，在校内无旷课等违反校纪校规行为,在校外无违反中国法律法规的行为。
The applicant shall be well-behaved, and he/she has no record of violation of the regulation of Huzhou university andthe law of China.
（4）申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等。部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件。
The applicant shall have a certain level of Chinese, and he/she shall submit the copy of the certificates of HSK and other Chinese test. For applicants who are enrolled in majors taught in English, the level of Chinese is not required.
（5）申请人成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅。
The applicant’sperformance of study shall be excellent.
（6）在湖州师范学院就读一年及以上。
The applicant shall have studied at Huzhou University for more than 1 year.
三、申请材料 Documents for Application
申请材料一式1份，主要包括：

（2）经过公证的最高学历证明与成绩单复印件。如申请人为在校学生，须提供成绩单复印件；
Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). If applicants are Huzhou University students, they should also provide the grades(Academic performance) of study from their college.
（3）护照复印件；

（4）推荐信：申请攻读本科者，须提供学生所在学校两名教师推荐信；Applicants in Bachelor degree program are required to provide two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from 2 teachers.
（5）申请汉语授课专业，则需提供HSK证书或其他汉语考试证书复印件；HSK Certificate or other Chinese Language Test results (photocopy) if in Chinese-taught program.
（6）《外国人体格检查记录》（6个月之内）复印件；

四、申请材料提交截止时间：

五、奖学金的评审及通知
1、国际学院于申请截止后汇总申请情况；召开奖学金评审会议，由评审委员会根据申请情况，按照公平、公开、公正的原则，将于10月下旬提出评审意见及拟获奖名单。
The final result will be published after the meeting of Scholarship Committee after 20th Oct, 2016.
2、学校将评定结果在国际学院网站公示三天后，将推荐名单上报省教育厅审核批准。评定结果由外事处、国际学院负责解释。
The result will be published on the website of International College for 3 days, and then the final result will be submitted to Provincial ministry of education for ratification. Foreign Affairs Office and International College reserves the right of explanation.

如何填写奖学金申请表/How to fill out the application form?
第一部分：个人信息，请如实填写
Part 1: Personal Information, please write clearly.
第二部分：申请类别和已获得奖学金情况，请在相应的奖学金类别前的括号里打√。
学校有权根据奖学金的名额及申请人实际情况进行调配。
Part 2: Please tickle at the right type that you want to apply.
The university keeps the right to accommodate the types of the scholarship according to the quota and the students’ actual conditions.
第三部分：个人陈述，请写下申请奖学金的原因，以及列出自己的竞争理由。
Part 3: Personal Statement, please write down the reason why you apply this scholarship and the factors of your competences.
第四部分：推荐人意见。请相关任课教师填写。
Part 4: Recommendation. Please ask your teacher to fill out this blank.
表格可以用中文或英文填写。可以在电脑上填好后打印出来签名，或者手写，但需要字迹清楚。
This application form can be filled out in Chinese or in English. You can do it either with handwriting or with typewriting. Keep it clear enough by handwriting and don't forget to sign.
